I designed the Happy Scent™ Safe Place Kit for practitioners (therapists, hypnotherapists, healing professionals) who work with their clients to create a Safe Place that they can go to in their mind when they experience stress.  The Happy Scent™ Safe Place Kit supports your clients in accessing their Safe Place through olfactory stimulation so that they can more easily access their Safe Place as needed in their daily lives.

To use the kit, have your client select a scent that relates to their Safe Place and then have them smell the scent while you work with them on their Safe Place.  The patient can then take the scent with them and smell the scent at any time or place when they need to recall their Safe Place.

Unlike candles or oils, Happy Scent™ is easily accessible to the patient at all times.

The Happy Scent™ Safe Place Kit comes with Safe Place Location and Safe Childhood Memory scents.  The Safe Location scents are Ocean Breeze, Forest Pine, Campfire, Lavender, Rose Garden, Desert Sand, Field of Flowers, and Hawaiian Lei.  The Childhood Memories scents are Orange Juice, Bubble Gum, Popcorn, and Sugar Cookie.

Other Ways to Use Happy Scent™ in Your Practice

1. Create a positive association for a patient by having them smell a scent while being hypnotized, during guided imagery, or while meditating.
2. Have patients smell a scent in their daily lives to:
